The hotel, located in the beautiful hills of Monferrato, has in fact maintained the flexibility and contactless procedures that make guests’ stay simpler and safe.
Flexible booking policy
The booking policy is fully flexible for standard rates, which means that guests can book being aware that if they need to change or cancel their plans, these changes or cancellations are free of charge up to seven days before the scheduled arrival date.
Online check-in
It is possible to use check-in online. This makes this process safe but also speeds up the arrival.
Digital guest guide
The guest guide is accessible online and can be downloaded on mobiles (like an app but taking no storage space) This gives guests all the necessary information on hotel services completely paperless.
Hand sanitizers
Hand-sanitizing stations are placed in the hotel, in all public spaces, restaurants and event spaces.
Cash-free payment
All payments can be made with credit cards
Social distancing
It is recommended to keep interpersonal distancing in all public areas.
Contactless check-out
The check-out can be made by leaving the magnetic key card in the room with no need to go to the reception.
The hotel team has the Green Pass
All staff have the Green Pass and are trained in the hygiene protocols to help guests feel safe, and every member of the team is required to stay at home if feeling unwell.
Enhanced cleaning procedures
High standards of cleanliness in all public areas.
In the rooms, daily cleaning procedures are in line with local health department guidelines. All surfaces are cleaned with disinfectants
Eco-friendly products
All Almaranto is cleaned with products approved by EcoLab. They are not just scientifically approved, but also eco-friendly.

Almaranto Hotel Retreat is in the UNESCO wine area of Monferrato. 4 meeting rooms. Two restaurants offer menus also for celiacs and vegans. Cooking school. Ideal for board retreats.
