1 – SITE NAVIGATION
Access to ItaliaConvention is free and does not require any registration or prior data provision.

2 – PURPOSE AND LEGITIMACY OF DATA COLLECTION
The provision of services such as e-books, materials, newsletters, dem, special offers is only possible following user registration and data provision authorization.

3 – RFP – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – FREE QUOTE REQUESTS
In the case of requests for proposals or contact requests by an user to event venues, service companies or article authors, the users must register and authorize the processing of their personal data by the recipients.
Registering also entails the inclusion in ItaliaConvention’s database, therefore the user may receive newsletters and communications from Marco Sorrentino snc.
Failure to authorize data collection will result in the inability to forward the quote/contact request and receive the desired services.

4 – DATA ORIGIN
The data of the recipients of Marco Sorrentino snc’s communications come from:
– newsletter subscribers;
– quote and contact requests through the website’s forms;
– fairs and events;
– personal contacts;
– newsletter recipients in the last two years.
Every user has been asked to confirm their interest in receiving communications from ItaliaConvention.

Since the newsletters are sent continuously over time, user data will be stored until the service is active, unless unsubscription or cancellation by the users, which should be requested by the users themselves by using the unsubscription links in the newsletters or sendig a mail to segreteria[at]italiaconvention.it

7 – ANONYMOUS NAVIGATION DATA
ItaliaConvention uses Google Analytics, the service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”) for statistical analysis of navigation data. Information generated by Google codes during navigation on the website are stored on Google’s servers in the USA. Google uses this information to track and analyze users’ use of ItaliaConvention, compile reports for the administrators, and provide other advertising services on the website. Google does not associate these IP address to any other data owned by Google. ItaliaConvention will use the data provided by Google for the sole purpose of carrying out statistical analyses on the use of the website, improving the quality of the service, and providing better navigation within the website. Other websites that ItaliaConvention may link to may include tracking systems, for which ItaliaConvention’s owners are not responsible.
