Fulvio Bettini, a Neapolitan gentleman and a true protagonist in the field of luxury tourism and of the Italian meeting industry, passed away on July 3rd in Venice, where he was living.
Our meeting professional community will remember him with fondness and love as Fulvio was a truly amiable person, full of a light and gentle irony with which he easily was getting in line with people.
Professionally, he was a forerunner, supporter of associationism and he has been MPI Italia Chapter president in early 2000. He was always looking for quality and for that, he created as a co-founder, NEBE, the most refined organization on the Italian market in the promotion of b2b commercial events for luxury tourism.
He was a life enthusiast, always enjoying also its hobbies, including quality wine. And for wine tourism, he invented and created a successful event in 2020.
Fulvio left us, and we, his friends and colleagues, will remember him with melancholy, but we shall not mourn him since he surely would not accept it.
