CONTACTLESS EXPERIENCE
Guests can check-in and check out digitally via the App or directly from the Hilton website, open the door of the room with a digital key directly from their phone.
CLEANING IN COMMON SPACES
The hotel has set up several sanitization areas equipped with hand wipes and hand sanitizers; increased the cleaning frequency of common areas, in particular elevators and bathrooms to protect the well-being of guests; all staff respect social distancing.
SERVICES
The swimming pool, gym and SPA are available with varying opening hours.
The main rules of the restaurant service are spacing of the tables, the possibility of providing – on request – biodegradable disposable plates and cutlery, breakfast or buffet can alternatively be replaced by take-away options, pre-packed and in individual portions.
ROOM CLEANING SERVICE
The rooms are the place of greatest comfort and relaxation. To provide guests with a clean and comfortable space, daily change sheets and towels are delivered to Hilton in protective packaging. All the points of greatest contact in the room (lights, switches, handles, electronic controls, linen …) are cleaned and sanitized. Deep cleaning and sanitization are offered between the departure of one guest and the arrival of the next and seals are affixed to the bedroom door to reassure the next guest that nobody had access to the room before his arrival.
The cleaning service can be customized according to the guests’ needs.
MEETING ROOMS
All meeting rooms have been redesigned to ensure interpersonal distancing. Some have been merged, others have changed the maximum capacity. No additional charge for event organizers.

The venue
Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is the largest hotel with a convention center in the Lagoon: 379 rooms and suites, 14 meeting rooms and up to 900 people in the Ballroom. Eight bars and restaurants, the second-largest SPA in the city, a panoramic swimming pool make the hotel an ideal location able to satisfy any need.
