Carlotta Trevisan graduated in Eastern Languages and Cultures at the Università Ca’Foscari in Venice and has a postgraduate degree in Economy and Touristic Management.

She lived in Shanghai for 3 years, working as an interpreter for a number of companies in the field of fashion, commerce and finance. In 2008 she came back to Italy and founded Chinarancia.
