Hilton Molino Stucky Venice

Hilton Molino Stucky for years has been implementing initiatives to create a stimulating working environment for all its employees

On the occasion of Equality Day which recognizes the social, economic and cultural goals of women, the Hotel celebrates the Team Members who are a fundamental part of the hotel’s success.

The Hilton Group, of which Hilton Molino Stucky is a part, provides a series of unique Leadership and Mentorship programs specifically designed for women which also include courses within the company itself and allow excellent mobility from one hotel to another and from one country to another.

At Hilton Molino Stucky Venice some of the highest managerial roles are entrusted to women who have grown up within the hotel – such as, for example, the role of HR director is entrusted to Eleonora Ghedin, who began her career at the Hilton Molino Stucky as HR Trainee to then cover the roles of Learning & Development, HR Coordinator and HR Manager to become HR Director of the largest hotel in Venice a few months ago which employs more than 240 employees over the year. Furthermore, the role of Finance Manager is entrusted to Marina Bavaresco, who joined the hotel team as Assistant Finance Manager, and that of Commercial Manager to Marta Stocchero, who since the beginning of her career has acquired skills and important experiences in various departments of the structure, such as those of Reception and Groups, Conferences & Events, as well as participation in professional career development programs dedicated to all employees interested in developing new skills and growing within the company.

The venue
Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is the largest hotel with a convention center in the Lagoon: 379 rooms and suites, 14 meeting rooms, and up to 900 people in the Ballroom. Eight bars and restaurants, the second-largest SPA in the city, and a panoramic swimming pool make the hotel an ideal location able to satisfy any need. According to Lonely Planet, from the swimming pool and from the Skyline Rooftop Bar, on the eighth floor, it is possible to enjoy “the best view of Venice“.
